I have downloaded refractor pro and am having a few problems - does anyone else use it?

After installation it, when starting Visual Studio 2005, on the splash screen it says refractor pro. It also takes a lot longer to load. When openig a project nothing appears or happens to the code in the project. Have tried the shortcut key ctrl + ~ and still nothing.

Checking in the tools, add-in menu I can see listed DevExpress tools so I assume it is installed and loaded.

Have done a google search but found nothing of real help, also tried joining DevExpress forum but got a message saying it's not accepting new login's at this moment.

Anyone able to help on here?

regards,

Matt

Hmm, if it's in the Add-in screen then it should be working.
I presume it's all checked in there?

I have it on my machine courtesy of a DevExpress Universal subscription but generally don't use it (We use Resharper instead) but when I enable it in the Add-in manager I get an additional toolbar and various annotations in the code editor window.

If you right-click the toolbar there is one called "DXCore Visualize" that has the toolbar for the Refactor stuff.
Do you see this?

Hi,

Yes it is checked in the add-in Manager, start-up but not command Line.

I don't have the option for the "DXCore Visualize" toolbar though.

Matt
