Visual Studio Problem

For some reason Visual Studio 2008 crashes a few seconds after starting and I can’t figure out why. I haven’t changed anything on my system in ages, it just started doing this out of the blue!

Have you got UltraMon installed? If so, disable it.

Forgot to say - if you have anything like it (anything that manages settings for multiple monitors - including the graphics driver) switch it off. It has been known to cause the kind of crash in your post.

Oh and make sure you are running .NET 3.5.
