vitsa update issue

Every time I boot or every day vists32 keeps trying to install the same 4 updates.

How do I fix.

Update for Windows Vista (KB2492386)
Update for Windows Vista (KB2522422)
Windows Internet Explorer 9 for Windows Vista

these are the updates I cannot seem to install manually.

Can't see them to remove and Have tried in safe mode to install to no avail.
