Vivid dreams

I have started having REALLY vivid dreams recently. They are so vivid that when I wake up in the morning I think they are real memories from the day before. They are always about things that happen in my everyday life so I can't just discount them as fantasy.

For example I was having a heated discussion with a friend about a substitution that the Rangers manager had made yesterday, only to discover that he actually hadn't made it and that my recollection of reality had been altered by the dream.

I don't get them often, but when I do it's really bizarre.
I had 1 friend fall out with another friend over something he'd dreamt the other had said.
