VLC app stops playing movie when I click on 2nd screen, any ideas?

its rather annoying. I like the interface I have with all files on show but it will not work with a 2nd monitor being used. as soon as I start clicking on a web page the movie stops. i press play and click on the web page and it stops again.

I have a related problem. When I watch movies or even YT, sometimes the video freezes but the sound is ok. With YT, a minimise and then a full screen fixes it but with the movies on all apps including VLC, I need to restart the movie and then skip to where I was to continue watching. I'm thinking it's a driver issue but not sure.

I am having similar probs too with the video freezing and sound playing normally

I noticed VLC app was updated to version 1.5.0.0 with name from from VLC for Windows 8 to VLC for Windows Store after checked for updates on Store.

The latest version designed for Windows 10, it could playing movies on 2nd screen.
