VM 30MB wierd speed jumping, Video

Hi, as seen on the video wierd speed jumping i had this for about 2-3 weeks but before it went away and now im doing speed tests in morning, evening and night and its same!

Anti-virus / Firewall software - Disable it.

On my laptop and other desktop the Speed test works thisame but i do turn off all the devices for the test.
