VM customer support number. Help me!

My net has been up and down like a yo-yo since last Thursday, it tends to disconnect when we actually try and do something online, otherwise it will work (I can tell based on modem lights)

Anyway, does anyone have a number to call as I can't find a decent one. I am not at home so cannot call 150.
