VM deny application throttling

I'm getting annoyed with these rumours.

Also people seem to label Alex Brown as a complete liar, but if you read back he isn't.
 
I personally don't believe any company when it talks about the future. Even if the person talking thinks they're telling the truth, there could be stuff in the pipeline they don't know about.

Hopefully this case is true though - app throttling on the already STM'd connection would be just comical.
