VM Image - No Network

Hi guys,

I have just p2v'd Server 2003 and put it on my development machine.

Now when i try to log into the machine using domain credentials it is saying that the domain is not available etc.

It also gives me a error box about a driver issue which could be the network adapter.

I have tried using a local account but no luck.

Yes it is VMware.

I have clicked to install vmtools but it doesn't seem to install.

Is there any way i can change the drivers?
