VM Liverpool problems?

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems around Liverpool at the moment?

I've checked my modem logs and its not locking the downstream or upsteam, the last message in the event log is.. "Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out"

No problems on the VM service status. Just wanted to check before I phoned them up!

I ended up phoning them yesterday and after the girl on the other end asked me to restart my computer and check my for 15 minutes despite me telling her that wasn't the problem, then proceeded to tell me there was maintenance ongoing in the area and it should be back up by this morning. I don't know why she couldn't just tell me this to start with!

Touch wood, this is the first problem I've had with VM in about 4 years of usage!
