VM Netgear

Hi.

Our Virgin media seems to cut out every so often...? Is this standard virgin media internet or is it something to do with people downloading and the virgin media netgear router we have?

A friend of mine is on VM and his netgear router they gave him was quite an old model. His connection would reset whenever he viewed pictures on facebook.

VM Engineer came round and replaced the routed and he hasn't had the problem since, based on that it could be the router?
