I know this question may be stupid but would a computer Os (OSX) be able to connect to Virtual machine using Samba/VNC on Ubuntu?
i'm going to be building a Dedicated File server on monday, and i thought id learn to set it up now. but not having so much luck i thought it might be because setting it up a VM environment is different?
how example OSX will not see the Ubuntu Samba server or able to connect to the VNC server
i would just like to know if its the same to setup in VM as a non VM so i know if im wasting my time or not
