If this has been covered im sorry i have searched but couldnt find anything.

I had VM install 30mb Broadband with Tevo and a new Super Hub.

When i connect a laptop via WIRED connection i get a steady 30mb but when i connect a USB wireless dongle from my desktop i get a really strong signal to the hub but the internet speed is slow i mean 0.54mbps DL slow!!!

Ive brought a new Belkin USB wireless adapter N150 which is 802 radio signal i believe but still hasnt resolved the issue.

Ive also Tried to change the channels in the router but still rubbish.

Do you think that 1. The super hub is not compatible with either of my dongles or 2. that there is now nothing i can do and i should just ethernet this bad boy up?

Loads of threads on here and the t'internet about poor wireless performance of the superhub. There are some tweaks you can make which reportedly can possibly help such as disabling IP flood detection, changing the speed from 300Mbps to 145Mbps, download inSSsider and manually assign a channel which is less congested etc etc.

Ultimately though it is a POS so you're options are..

1) Get yourself a decent wireless router and run the superhub in modem mode
2) Get some homeplugs
3) Best option if you can run the cable is to wire directly to the Hub

Thanks for the reply, after 2 days of a bloke in Inida trying to fix the wireless i decided to move the pc and ethernet it. Im getting massive download speeds now over 30 mbps actually i get 32 lol. But yeh im happy bunny now.

But this Super Hub is tosh. I hate it.
