Hi All, sorry to be posting an issue thread but I need a little advice.

Over the past week or so, my two Iphones (6 +SE) have been having issues with my Wi-Fi network – a VM SuperHub 2 (with no additional extenders). Each phone establishes a local network & internet connection, but then each drops their internet connection after 4-5 minutes. I have to disable the Wi-Fi on the phone and re-enable again in order for them to reconnect (which then disconnects again after 4-5 minutes). I’ve tried connected them both at 2.4G and 5G within 2 meters from the superhub and I get the same results each time. I have a TPlink extender in my home office and both phones are ok when connected to that.

My laptop and xbox are stable as anything on both 2.4g and 5g on the SuperHub – A continuous ping to google on my laptop while my phones were having issues ran clean. Each phone is on the latest IOS.

Any ideas??
Cheers,
J / Kiteloopy

This is a common problem. Go to the girlfriends house where they have the Superhub 2 and its the same problem. On iPhone 6s here.

Plenty of talk on VM's forums about it.

cheers both!
I did seem to recall an overnight IOS update and then things going pete tong. I'll give it a try tonight and see what happens.

You tried changing wifi channels?

Maybe try 1 6 or 11 if on 2.4ghz or the lower channels on 5ghz such as 36 40 and 44. Always a good thing to try first if not already.

So, ive tried the network reset thing on the link you posted Shawrey and changed the wifi channel like to said Beachboy...yet I still get the same result.
Im going to contact VM and see what they can do.
