VM traffic management query

Hey guys,

So I'm on Virgin Media 10mb, i know they throttle your speeds if you download more than 1.5gb in a short period of time. Throttle you 10-3pm and 4-9pm. Whats not clear on the website is after midnight.

Can you download as much as you want between like 12am-6am and not be throttled from 10am? Or do you still get throttled because of how much you've downloaded.

I know it's not too clear but I cant think of a better way to word it.

You can download as much as you want between 9pm and 10am, and also between 3pm and 4pm.
