VMs and multiple host nics

I have an local Ethernet connection, and a wireless internet connection on my host machine. These two are not bridged, and I do not wish them to be. At the moment, to go online I disable the Ethernet adapter, and re-enable it to view shared files folders etc..

I then have two VMs running, Ubuntu and W7 using VMware player. What I would like to do is use the wireless connection for the VMs, and have the Ethernet connection host only.

Does anyone know if this is possible and how to achieve it?

VirtualBox should be able to do this.

I'm now using VMware Workstation, how would I go about setting this up?
