VM's WNR2000 - voip issue

Hi there,

I've got an issue with VM router that they supply 50mb users with.
I'm trying to get an outgoing VOIP handset working using the router, but after 32 seconds the line drops with a message ACK not received.

Now If i plug the voip handset directly into the VM modem (taking out the router) the call is fine no issues.

I've followed the guide on port forward and even put the device in DMZ but no luck, same issue occuring.

Can anyone think of anything else to try?
 
Yep followed the guides just to make sure.
But even if they werent set correctly the DMZ on the IP phone should have allowed the device to connect fine.
