VMware beta workstation

I think I'm correct in saying this is the first VM software that games will actually work well in, not as good as normal desktop, but good enough to test etc. I've tried XP 32, vista and W7 VMs, with a few games, all worked fine.

I hadn't realised VMWare Workstation 7 was available publicly yet, but I see it on their site now. I'll be checking it out later on today.

ah i see they have a release candidate now. i got invited to an early beta (god knows why ) but i un-installed it straight away due to absolutely shocking performance even for standard windows usage. it's obviously moved on a long way if you can play games in it.
