VMWare - Capacity planning

Hi all,

I was wondering what tools people use to monitor resources that have been given to virtual servers and then provide recommendations on where resources are being wasted and hence can be recovered to use for new VM's. We are currenlty looking at a trial appliance by vkernel. Does anyone have any expirience with this or maybe other tools that have done the job for them?

We are going to be purchasing from vKernel very soon after trialling the software. The software is very good and unbeatable value when you look at other VMWare based products.
