VMWare Drag and Drop

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody knows how to get Drag and Drop from Host to Guest working properly?

It's enabled under VM > Settings > Options > Guest Isolation. VMWare Tools are installed and it's enabled in the VMX config file.

Host: Vista x64 SP1
Guest: XP x86 SP3

I've had random issues where it will copy across the files/folder but when it completes nothing appears in the guest machine. I assume that'swhat your talking about too, I usually either log out or restart the host. But if you've tried that then I'd try reinstalling VMware tools in the guest.

Nope, mine doesn't let me drag stuff into the guest machine at all, it just comes up with the 'Stop sign' cursor.

I've had this issue on multiple different XPs (x64 and x86) and also on Vista machines
