VMWare Fusion black screen when Leopard screensaver activates

Hi there.

I've been getting issues with VMWare Fusion running an XP guest on Leopard.
If I have the guest running in a non-active space and the screensaver comes on, I can't get back into the guest.
There's just a black screen with the spinning timer and I can't even force quit VMWare. I have to reboot the iMac.

Anyone got any ideas (other than disable the screensaver or keep it in the active space when I leave the computer)?

Bah. Seemingly it's not limited to screensaver or being in another space.
Just crashed again.
Included a screenshot but tbh I'm not sure it'll be of any help...
