VMWARE Install

Good luck with this :)
When i was looking i could only find out of date release's or Ubuntu ultimate which was ott.
Another downside is your at the mercy of who created it on how they setup the distribution, which i found could be completely different to how i would have done things.

If you do find any decent release's can you post it here.

Problem is cost for ESX

I take that back it appears to be a free download... Oooo time to get another machine with lots of RAM
