I've been given the task of rebuilding a NT4 server in a VM environment which is easy enough in itself except i'm having troubles with the Keyboard and Mouse
VMtools installed fine, NT4 is using the vmware drivers. But typing anything is a nightmare! as it is taking 1 key press and acts like i'm holding it down so
Overclockers would look like OOvvvvercclokkers.
This is make entering username's passwords etc a pain in the rear!
the mouse is ignoring double clicks.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this?

The last time i saw this sort of behavior was running a Win98 game on XP were it would run doubly quick.

Had this loads of times when the video memory is set to the default 4MB. Either installing the VM tools (if you are able to type in the password accurately!) or manually increasing the amount of video RAM in the VM config prior to starting up the VM fixes it.
