It's super annoying, I'm trying to uninstall IIS at the moment and VMWare server keeps trying to install but it fails because it can't find the source, so I have to keep pressing cancel to get the uninstall to work.
The same happens when I start CuteFTP - it starts trying to install VMWare server. I do let it when it can find the source and it takes a few seconds.
I'm fully ad-ware/virus protected & I scan regularly so it isn't a virus.
I do have VMWare on my PC with Win 2000 and Red Hat on it.
Any ideas how I can stop it from doing this please?
