Someone explain the shared VMs functionality to me.
Will this scenario work:
We have a piece of software that only works under windows XP, we run windows 7 on everything so best way to get around that was to run a windows XP VM, now all 3 people in our office need access to this piece of software.
If we created a windows XP VM in vmware workstation and shared it between the 3 users could we all use it simultaneously to run this one piece of software? OR can one person run it with their control with the other person(s) viewing with the ability to take control?
Need to know if we can do this before purchasing two more workstation licenses![Smile :) :)](/styles/default/xenforo/vbSmilies/Normal/smile.gif)
