Voda coverme insurance...

Hi all,

Voda took out coverme insurance and added it onto my policy wihtout asking me?! but that was pretty lucky really because I lost my phone and luckily this covered me for gettin it replaced!!

Anyway... since i have no documentation and CBA waiting in a queue for them to answer there FONES ... does anyone know if this covers me for damage i've caused?

Pure smashed me fone up and stuff never really worked on it anyway (bluetooth was already wrecked.. when a message spilled over it wudnt send the 2nd part blah blah)

Can I get it replaced on this?

Usually they give you X months free (3 iirc) then it's up to you to cancel the policy, otherwise you get charged.

No it doesn't cover you for damage YOU caused.

Stolen, Lost, Maliciously damaged (you will need a crime ref no. from the police) and Accidentally damaged are covered
