I'm on Talkmobile which runs on the Vodafone network and Vodafone apply Content Control on 3G access by default. However, the process to remove it requires being a Vodafone customer, which I'm not. Does anyone know if and how to remove Content Control as a Talkmobile customer?

I know talkmobile have a 18 restriction which you can remove after 3 months of being with them by ringing them up to turn it off but you cant turn it off earlier i tried.
I said to them well what about 18 games like gta they then said that should be fine but i quoted the wording in that purple mini booklet where u get with ur simcard and they said hmm yeah still should be ok.
I use wifi so hopefully i dont have the restriction atm as i havent really used the net outside as just use wifi at mine then wifi at my sisters on thursday. To save my 1gb allowance. Still i dont think id be too worried if i used 3g when out when thinking about 18 rated stuff as i dont think id do owt to get barred as id just stream music maybe or do facebook or skype and maybe check ocuk forums.
Im on the 24 mth £12 contract 200/200/1gb
Btw the default cap with talkmobile is set to £50 so if you want to make sure u wont have a huge bill for some reason or another ring em up and cap it, min is £10.

It just blocks access to 'adult' sites. This is not an issue normally, I mean who wants to watch pr0n on a phone screen. Trouble is things like alcohol also fall under 'adult' according to Vodaphone, so for example, I cant browse any Home Brew websites on my phone over 3G, lol.
Its easy to remove if your a Vodafone customer, you just click a link on the website, or phone them up, and verify your age and they remove it. But not being s Vodafone customer, I can't do this.
