Vodafone Mobile Connect problem!

I just received the latest software for VMC for Mac OSX and properly uninstalled the previous version. I installed the new version correctly however whenever i try to connect it displays this error message:

"Could not create network settings.

Check that the APN, user name and password in the current connection settings are correct.
If the problem persists, please try deleting the current connection settings, and re-starting the application."

Anyone know anything i can try? thanks
