Vodafone price increases for pay monthly customers

Call them up to say I want to opt out of the simplify your bills thing.....

Apparently some people have been able to get out of their contracts due to price increases on calls. Read somewhere it was 21p per minute, now 35p per minute but need to check. Probably best to call them, be easier.....

Watch the the rest follow suit.

I know o2 have already done it for new tariffs.

Also vodafone tariffs have been nice round numbers for over a year now (going by my tariffs with vodafone). So this must be for people on tariffs older than 18 months or legacy tariffs.

Right, who wants to help me get out of my contract, my desire is dead and im stuck in a 35er a month with them. =/

You can't for the line rental because its an increase of less than the RPI. You can if the call charges increase your bill, though. They even recognise that in the small print.

warranty is 2 years on HTC stuff, you not able to get it through it? :( The small print says it all - if your bill goes up by 10% you can get out. In order for this to be true you'd need to be going over your included allowances by quite some way.
