Vodafone Vox 3 Router (THG3000)

Hi guys, anyone here on Vodafone and have one of these routers? I've had this one delivered today as an 'upgrade' from my older Huawei HHG2500 but already I seem to be having issues with it.

• I can only change the WiFi details/passwords through the phone app - why?

• When trying a firmware update (current firmware is 19.2.0307-3261019) it fails every time - am I on the newest firmware or is there one I can download to update the router?

I have this router.
I use web browser on lan cable to configure it. I can change ssid and password no issues but i cant change wifi channels.

Firmware update fails for me too since its already on latest firmware.
