Hi all. I'm a newbie here. I hope to get some usefull information from some experts. Iam on the Vodaphone 500mb service and was told that the line is dedicated to the house so there would be no drop outs by the person that installed it. So far in the six months I've had it, the stability has been all over the place and at times when running a speed test I only get 0.45mb. Mostly I'm getting about mid 200mb. The range is terrible as well. Vodaphone has provided a booster as I can't get connecton from 10 feet above the wifi hub. Has anyone else had trouble or any dealings with Vodaphone full fibre? My WiFi hub is a Vodafone THG3000. I've been told to make sure it's not on the floor as it could make the signal worse. I've done this. It's still by a wall but you can't really put one in the middle of the room. Can any one help me to stabilise and improve my signal please?
