Voice Dialling on SPV M2000/XDA

According to the spec sheets online this is possible but I can't seem to find the option for it. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks

You would need Microsoft Voice Command to use voice dialling. Check to see if it's one of the applications you have installed by default.
