Voice Recognition/Keyboard & Mouse Replacement

Hi all,

I am looking for some voice recognition software for my Girlfriends' Aunt. She's unable to use a keyboard but would love to get online etc.

It's not something I have ever looked into or indeed used.

Accuracy is most important. My Girlfriends' Aunt's speech is not 100% perfectly clear (although perfectly understandable) so please bear this in mind too.

In this modern culture I should add that she is English and with no real regional accent.

I am unsure if a mouse would be easily used by her, are there alternatives I should consider?

you or your g\f would need to help if she cant use a mouse or keyboard, as most voice recognition software needs you to train it for your voice to be the most Accurate
what OS are you using, as vista has voice recognition built in
dont know how good it is though as i havent tried it
