VOIP Provider

I am looking for a VOIP provider that I can use with my phone to call/sms my girlfriend in brazil.

I've been using skype from home, which is 3.6p landline/14p mobile/14p sms.

Ive had a look online, but does anyone have any recommendations?

Preferrably something like a £10 flat fee for x amount of mins to x country would be good.

I use Sipgate, originally because I got a free incoming number but have stuck with them because their tariffs are actually pretty good.

Sipgate appear to be more expensive for landline: 4.50 p/min and just slightly cheaper for mobiles in Brazil: 13.60p/min

Interestingly I checked on moneysavingexpert and if you have a BT landline you can call using DialAround's 0844 number for 0.5p/min to landlines and 4p/min to mobiles. http://callchecker.moneysavingexpert.com/intcallchecker/

For all of my calls I use www.internetcalls.com I have an incoming number that rings whereever I am plugged into a wifi in the world. Around 10 Euros plus vat for 4 months of 5 hours of calls per week most mainline countries (those non 3rd world countries that don't charge for incoming calls) Excellent reception using a Thomson 780WL - if only the interface was friendier. No customer support but then don't need it. No contract. The money does not run out so is used for ringing mobiles etc or just extending ones periode of 4 months. Whereever one is in the World one rings 00 and country code UK =44 OZ = 61 Check it out
for Brazil its perhaps best to check out the cheapest calls here:

None - just read my post I have used the company for several years it's part of a company that has quite a number of similar "companys" with various deals - such as voipcheap etc. When I need more money in my account I just transfer it in. The company get 10 Euros plus vat every 4 months that's the catch! If you only use 5 hours a weeek to free countries no mobile numbers then at the end of 4 months you can use the 10Euros at normal call cost untill it is almost used then get another 10 Euros into ones account.
