Just been having a look at skype as i'm interested in integrating some voip features in an application i'm developing but i'm struggling to find the info I need so if anyone could help I'd be grateful.
Basically I need to know if you can transfer an incoming call. Not call transfer as in redirect the call to another phone when i'm away from the phone. But I want to answer the call and then forward the caller to another skype user.
ie I want to use a Skype(or other voip client) to be used by a receptionist who can then forward calls to other users inside the company.
any help gratefully appreciated.
