VOIP/SIP Provider

I am aware of Skype, SIPGate and Vonage.

Which are considered good?

I was with vonage a few years ago and they were pants.

Skype support is offshore and I have nothing but frustrating experiences with them.

I require reasonable Voicemail facilities and SMS if possible.

Would also like someone to ring if things go wrong as well, not just an email addy.

Is this for a standalone phone or an IP enabled PBX? SIP trunks can be had from a huge range of suppliers so take your pick
