Skype, nothing comes close IMO.
Use it on my PC and my MDA as well, runs no problem.
Cheap as to call phones as well, my GF lives in NY we talk most nights, usually skype to skype but sometimes I call her mobile and its pence per min... £10 lasts about 15 hours.
Good stuff.
