Hello. I hope you can help me….

I have an issue with my pc where I am gaming for a few hours when all of a sudden my game will crash to the desktop and my pc will lock up and then bsod after a few seconds. I am getting volmgr 141 error code in windows event viewer. I am wondering if my psu is the issue. Maybe overheating or something. Because after it first does it will keep doing it untill I leave my system to cool-down overnight. My system specs are as follows. It’s only been happening the past month.

Crosshair hero viii wifi
5950x
Asus strix 3090
32gb 3600 team group ram
2tb Corsair mp600 pro xt
Phanteks revolt x 1200w
Phanteks evolve x case.
 
It’s definitely not ram as I’ve tested that to death. The only other thing is the active backplate. Can the gpu power delivery overheat? I mean it has been working fine since we’ll before Christmas. Can you monitor the temp of the power delivery. I know the strix has the leds on the back of the card that flash if they don’t get power.
 
Ok. Well actually thinking about the psu and my experience since I had it. I’ve had one strix 3090 die completely with it and also had 2 separate sets of 4x8gb go bad. So I think I’ll rma the psu.
