If the 9800gtx is anything like the 8800gt then you will need to hard mod it yourself, never heard of a volt mod kit, I think you might need to get your soldering iron out and get ghetto dirt under them finger nails or use a pencil

actually it turns out that mod only works on gtx 200 gpus
