Voltage always at 1.3

I have a 7600k overclocked to 4.5Ghz at 1.3v but it always stays at 1.3v even when the CPU is at 800Mhz, it should lower the voltage when the CPU is idle, does anyone know what the setting is called to change this

Adaptive and allow + voltage under boost... test the lowest point stable at 4.5 by finding the lowest voltage (until it crashes) then use adaptive with literally 0.02/3 on that

You just need adaptive. You will notice that vcore under load will no longer be 1.300v but it will be close. Mine is out by about 0.003v which you adjust for if you want.
