Voltage and OC Advice

I want to OC a E7300 from 2.66Ghz to 4Ghz I understand the clock speed and FSB but do I have to change the voltage and what to higher or lower?

I'm quite sure it is impossible to OC this CPU that high
Try 3.2 - 3.5 GHz - it is not E8xxx series.

You have to change vcore, NB, VTT voltage, set DDR/CPU ratio.

If you read the sticky on front page it explains but basically:
Raise the FSB up bit by bit when it fails thats when you need to increase your voltage, your main one is your CPU voltage but your NB might need a bump too
Thats quite a hefty OC, I take it youve got VERY good cooling
