Voltage and the 980 ?

Trying to get beyond 1556 on the 980 but the highest I can go volt wise is 1.21v yet I've seen people getting who have said they have not got a modified bios with 1.23, 1.25 through just sliding the voltage modifier in Precision X, Afterburner etc...

Am I missing a secret setting somewhere ?

Any info is as always appreciated :)
 
Bios chip so far seems locked from Nvflash which is a downright pathetic move from Nvidia if on purpose. So far you need to have a card with pre-installed unlocked bios for higher power limits and voltages. Heard the 980 Classified and KPE will be unaffected.

Well I just flashed to a different bios that 8Pack provided but I'm still stuck at 1.21v, must have done something wrong.


8Pack if you see this could you give me instruction please.

I uninstalled the driver, Saved my bios as a backup, Flashed with the 980 strix bios you included in the folder, Rebooted and re-installed the driver and still stuck at 1.21v, Help a nublet out pretty please :D
 
Are you sure the BIOS flashed? Skyn3t and the others on OCN have been trying for weeks to get NVFlash to work with these but nothing.
