Voltage Control of Xfire 7950 with MSI AB - 1 GPU does not change its Volts

I have a pair of Twin Fozr III 7950 Boost and when I use MSI AB to mod the voltage it changes it on only one of the cards and not the other as evidenced by GPUz ... what do I do to get the volts to change on both of the cards?

In settings/general tab at the top there's a tick box for synchronizing the settings your apply to all your cards, do you have it ticked?

Indeed I have ... with these the second card core voltage does not change but the dimm voltage is synced ok with the first when I adjust that.

what do I do to get the volts to change on both of the cards?

If the first/top card applies voltage and the second/bottom one doesn't, you need to disable ulps.

Done that and it works ... I can see that volts get applied in windows and when in game first card droops to 1.27 and the second one is at 1.29 so looks to be fine except temps get a bit high so will wait till I get em under water.
