Download coretemp, I'm pretty sure the VID displayed in coretemp is your default vcore for that specific chip.

every wafer that comes off the line is different, they test and the more efficient have lower VID's.

you've got a QX6700, not a Q6600!

coretemp reports that mine should be 1.300000000v, but at default volts CPU-z reports it at 1.2v at 3GHz
