I'm new to overclocking and have noticed that when i change the BIOS VCore voltage to 1.4v it reads 1.360-1.368v on CPU-Z, and different on other programs. What value should i belive?

Edit: i have jsut started a Prime95 test and the voltage on CPU-Z has gone down to 1.320v.

What is happening?!? :S

The first 1.36v is vdrop. The 1.32v is vdroop, the difference from the set voltage under load. For overclocking find the value of vdroop+vdrop that makes it stable. And yes this can mean a high set value in the bios, sometime if its stable setting C1E or EIST can drop the voltage to a more reasonable level at idle.
