Voltage Questions In BIOS

Heya, am just sorting out the BIOS so that i can begin overclocking by changing auto settings to manual. I have the following options which are all set to auto but i have no idea what they are/do so i don't know what voltage to set them to, or just to leave them.

FSB Termination Voltage - Options are Auto/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.45
NB VCore - Options are Auto/1.2/1.4/1.55/1.7
SB VCore - Options are - Auto/1.5/1.6/1.7/1.8
ICH Chipset Voltage - Auto/1.057/1.215

Now for the following which i think i have set them right so far. Can anyone check if they are ok please:
PCI-E Frequency - 101MHz
Memory Voltage - 2.1v
CPU Vcore - 1.3250v

Also where are the EIST options? I can't find it. I can only find the C1E option.

Another thing is to do with the FSB:RAM ratio settings. I had an explore through the BIOS and am unable to find anything to do with ratios. The only option that allows me to configure RAM speed is to set it to run at a specific frequency. Such as 533MHz, 667MHz, and up to 800MHz. From reading the OCing guides, i have to lower the speed of the RAM to compensate for the increase of the FSB. So should i lower the RAM down to 667MHz? If so, how do i know exactly what frequency my memory is operating at after modifying the FSB frequency, will CPU-Z give the correct reading?

Sorry for all the questions :p
Thanks for now, im sure to be back with more overclocking questions as i wouldn't want to do anything wrong :)
