Voltage regulator temp on X1900XTX (please ignore now)

Just started overclocking my cards and so far so good, been working on the core volts for the master X1900XTX and so far it is at 680/720 at 1.445v and testing (havent started memory yet.

the problem is the Voltage regulator temp is apprently running at 100C This is insane and im sure it shouldnt be this high. how high is the safe max for this?

Hmm just found the answer in another thread sorry. tried to delete this one but i cant so here is a link for anyone else that is worried about this:
