Voltage regulators on a graphics card

Is there any way to check if an individual part of my graphics card is getting hot? Rivatuner shows 45C on my 8800gt (with S1), I installed the ram heatsinks fine, but there were no sinks for voltage regulators. I am worried that they will get too hot, I do have a fan pointing at the card though...

Should I be worried, is it worth cutting sinks to fit, and does the rivatuner temp only represent the gpu or does it also cover the rest of the board?

Usually voltage regulators are already soldered to the ground plane of the card which acts as a heatsink. I would say you are being overly paranoid.
