I have 4gb system, GEIL says 2.1v on packet. Should I try running it at lower voltages? are there any benefits?

Are you overclocking or running stock?

I'll be overclocking e6600 to 3.2 and above.

2.1V is about the max you'll want to give it for a 24/7 overclock. The extra voltage will allow you to push it further, you may find once you've settled on your final overclock you can reduce the Vdimm.

2.1V is ok, but as you push above that you can really shorten the life of some DDR2.
