voltages correct on Athlon II X4 645

I'm monitoring CPUID with on a new machine I built at the weekend. I disabled AMD C1E Support on the board, but the voltages are still jumping around all over the place. Anything from 1.1 to 2.5 volts

Machine seems stable, but surely this can't be right?!?!

Board is GA-8800GM-UD2H

No, I'm new to Athlons, didn't even know about it. Cheers. It's a rig built for the missis family, I'm usually an Intel lad
